The Astor Place Neighborhood Assocation(APNA) neighborhood in Jersey City is a well-preserved collection of mostly brick row houses dating from the 1870's through 1890's, with brick and slate sidewalks. The neighborhood has a significant collection of "rows and pairs" which unifies the exteriors of the houses. The neighborhood is located in the Bergen Hill district of Jersey City, between Communipaw Avenue to the south, Fairmount Avenue to the north, Summit Avenue to the east, and Bergen Avenue to the west.
