Atlee Fields HOA

Halloween is on SUNDAY, not Saturday

Posted in: Atlee Fields

1. Halloween is on October 31 not October 30.

2. 99% of the kids in our neighborhood trick or treat between the hours of 5 - 9 pm.  It will not affect their sleep or school.

3. This decision about MY holiday in MY neighborhood was made without MY consent - or even MY VOTE.  When was the vote?  Where was the communication on the vote? Why do I pay money to you people but you communicate nothing to anyone? About anything?

4. WHY is this only being communicated FIVE DAYS before the change?  Have you not ever heard of Halloween parties?  They typically happen on Saturday night, especially when Halloween is on a Sunday. Plans have been made and cannot be changed.

I think the HOA owes me the $45 I spent for my daughter to go to an event that will let out in time to TRICK OR TREAT ON HALLOWEEN, SUNDAY OCTOBER 31 which she now can't do! And YOU need to be the ones to explain to her why she can't enjoy her holiday on the CORRECT ACTUAL DAY in HER OWN NEIGHBORHOOD.
