Landscape and Streets Committee

Yes it has been addressed but these sensors are not always reliable
I would like to inform the Landscape Committee that the back lawn of 8731 Fraizer has significant damage caused by the sandhill cranes. I would estimate about 2 square feet of sod has been pulled. I am not chasing them away, so I would expect the damage to continue. Bob DuBois
We have found 3 sprinkler heads in the tall grasses on the east side of the property (4392 87th Lane), and we suspect there may be a couple more out there. We trimmed back the grasses and cleared away some of the dirt that was in the way. This morning we think one of the heads is now functional but not sure about the other two we found. Want to call this out so this part of the system gets checked for proper operation, and to discover if there are any other heads in the tall grass area. Has the mid season inspection taken place? Gregg & Linda Johnson
I will look at it. Could you please discourage the cranes from digging up the grass. Replacing the sod serves no purpose if the cranes just keep ripping it out. Hopefully there is not a bird feeder in the yard that encourages the birds to search for bird seed. Jim Benning
