13 homeowners have not paid their. On December 4, 2006 a list of names and addresses will be turned over to the Association attorney for him to start the lien process.
Most of the violations have been addressed. There are a few outstanding issues so additional letters have gone out in regards to these issues. Letters will go out shortly to remind lake lot owners of their responsibility to maintain their lake front. This includes controlling the weeds along their portion of the lake. Lake lot owners will be given a timeframe to address their section of the lake. After this timeframe, action will be taken to enforce this restriction.
Next years dues will be due in August 2007.
