Why is it people can't find time to get involved in their neighborhood.
It seems that suddenly when the group home full of sex offenders, or some other urgent issue, moves in next door to them; suddenly it's an emergency and why isn't someone doing something?!
These seem to be the same people that like to sit back and tell the same people who've been working on the issue for the past four years, how to progress.
You see, they can't get to the meetings. Their live is so full of other events, they can't possibly find time to volunteer.
