Park West is a joke!

Landscaping sucks! Now we have to pay for trash removal, too?!? I didn't notice that my monthly dues were diminished in any way. The whole board of directors is a farce as well.

The joke is on Park West!

The board of directors (I think you mean the Park West HOA) is a farce. The fact that Wes Peoples (the HOA vote holder - Hammonds) never came to one of the annual meetings is RICH! And, Park West is not a joke, the lanscape service is (the joke is on Park West with the HOA sticking us with another 1 year contract).

The landscaping does suck.

But, the truth is we always had to pay for trash removal.

I noticed that the Landscape folks plant small trees and very large grasses too close to the sidewalks. The large grasses make it impossible to use the walk in the spring, summer and fall. And, one must duck to get past the small trees.

What is the point of having sidewalks when plantings keep you from being able to use them?
