I was just notified by Marilyn Childress of Goodwin management that there will be a Parkwest HOA meeting on the 30th of this month.

I have ordered the light at the Fox Creek Mail center (phase 2 mail center) to be repaired. I was notified late Friday afternoon that PEC will have to replace a fuse.

The Annual meeting is 6/30. You should get you notice today or Monday.

How many votes are there? Does Hammonds automaticly have 51% ?

The PW BOD

The Park West BOD is run by Hammonds Homes until the ''last home is sold''.


They also have the majority of votes.


But, if many homeowners show up for this once a year meeting, the homeowners can talk about any issues with management company and/or Landscaping.

I hope the Landscape Committee will be put on the agenda. They have done a lot of work and have some great ideas for our community areas.
