PW HOA Board/Marilyn,

Please forward me a list of who has signed up for what committees via email or fax 301-1323.

Also, I assume the sidewalkless homes the BOD was discussing at the meeting this week were the ones at phase one.

What about the homes with no sidewalks near the intersection of Tasajillo & Tasajillo? They are missing, why haven't the builders of phase 2 taken care of this issue?

Please tell me the name of the lawyer that the HOA pays.

The committee sheets were left with Bobby Thomas. I do not have a copy.

I am forwarding your message to the board for their response about the sidewalks.

The attorney for the association is Ann Vanderburg with Hurst & Vanderburg, LLP and she is receiving this message as well.
