We have taken a look at the sidewalk areas on either side of Dahlea Vista. We are going to take out the Miscanthus grass along the side of 10317 Dahlea Vista and replace it with a more vertical shrub. We will be recycling the Miscanthus to the north side of the Park West one gate where we need a replacement planting for some weary Indian Hawthorne. On the 10316 Dahelea Vista side fence, we will clip back the gulf mulhly. It does not get as big as the other. If it becomes a problem, we will have another recyling project. All of the above are done at no cost to the Park West HOA. Thank you,
