Goodwin no-response

BE THERE! How about subject: Goodwin no-response -- out-of-service bus. We pay for bus, fuel,driver and maintenance but no service, really. True professionals serve others. Make certain Marilyn is not a ''look-alike'' sent to meeting. I can't imagine coming to meet with those that are to be served, especially at such high-end fees and no doubt by various means high compensation to me, when I know I don't do what I am supposed to do for these folks. As one Hammonds management said: '' I don't think they do a very good job because they manage my subdivision too and I had to pull-rank with a ''special'' phone number to get the gate closest to my house repaired by the day I moved-in, threatening: ''if it is not fixed to-day and tomorrow I try it to move in, I will be one your door step of your home, and it is Saturday.''

Goodwin Non-Management

I have heard good comments from Deerpark HOA about Goodwin, but I haven't been able to get that woman to return my phone calls or email (oh, duh, she CHANGED her email account, but didn't tell anyone here ...)

We need to get the phone list errors corrected and make her send out a new one. Better yet, send out the spreadsheet file in email - it's a lot more useful that way.

This web site is handy, but we should be using a Park West email list, too, in addition to snail mail when required.

* Where IS the Park West web site we asked for last year

* What happened to the promise to communicate more this year ?

* What jerk tried to schedule our annual members meeting in October ?

* How many of you have copies of the By-Laws and Deed Restrictions ??

* What happened to the lights for the mail centers. There are only two little mail centers - how hard can this be ?

* Lets get a trail built to the 4 acres out back. Those are part of Park West - the area around those retention ponds north of Phase II.

That's OUR common area. But, there is no access to it. We need to get a trail built - one that is HANDICAPPED accessible, at that (Ramps, curb cuts, sidewalk or at least a some sort of paved walkway) and a sign !
