Ding Dong, the sign is dead

I guess complaining does help sometimes - a big THANK YOU to whoever helped Wilshire to remove that monstrosity.

Wilshire got the message, acted

I was amazed and impressed !

Thank You, Sal !!

Wilshire Homes does a lot of things right, but just one mistake can adversely affect the whole neighborhood. I want them to know I, for one, appreciate all the things they do everyday, that we don't notice.

Wilshire and Hammonds still run our HOA, though, and it's high time to pass the HOA to the home owners. I think we are ready to take up that responsiblity and there are quite a few highly qualified residents, who have the time and the experience to manage our Park West HOA.

Lets get that converstation going - ask your neighbors who they think would be a good director for our Park West HOA.

Wilshire pulls out of model home

The ugly signs and silly flag poles are gone. The glare from the spot lights are gone, too!

Only 4 lots left to build on.

And, how about the ugly brown house that got repainted a more compatible color last week ?

Nice to have some good news to share.
