Moderator for tonight's forum

We have secured a long time Oak Hill neighborhood leader, who founded the Oak Hill Assocation of Neighborhoods (OHAN), served as the President, and is now the VP.

OHAN represents some 80+ neighborhood groups in 5 zip codes, both in and out of the City limits. Circle C Ranch is almost dead center in their area of influence.

For tonight's meeting, we will introduce Mr Cliff Anderson, who currenlty lives in the county, just west of Circle C Ranch.
