Dear Royal:

Thank You so much for volunteering to chair the CCHoA Bylaws Review Committee. Like those who jog on our hike/bike trail in the middle of the day in the summer, I earnestly respect you, but sincerely question your judgment.

...I am not moved to dramatically change the current, authorized method of our operations (Bylaws)...

How About Some Context?

Why don't you post the entire e-mail so we can decide for ourselves what Rigsbee was saying. After all, Circle C is MY neighborhood too. It's also YOUR neighborhood.
