Is the Circle C Swim Center now one of the UT pools?

Circle C Swimming has combined with Texas Aquatics to become Longhorn Aquatics.

Look for yourself: http://www.circlecswimming.com/

On August 7th 2003, Randy Reese, former head coach for Circle C Swimming, was named head swimming coach for Texas Aquatics, a year-round swimming and diving program offered to the Austin community by The University of Texas at Austin.

What does this mean to Circle C residents? We'll, we don't know, since our so called ''Info Center'' has no Info on this or any other issues here in Circle C. Only a stories about how great the team is - showed up in the August and the September newsletters. I guess we can't expect real info from our Info Center.

Texas Aquatics is part of The University of Texas at Austin, and the Jamail Texas Swimming Center. Dr. Pat Clubb, vice president for employee and campus services said ?“we?’re working on ways to expand and make other facilities available to Coach Reese and our swimming families.''

Are these ''Other facilities'' our Circle C Pool? Sounds like just another sweetheart deal for the entrenched few and a continued subsidy for the members of the HOA.

Sounds like it's UT's pool, you just pay for it.

Fire Full Circle Management

If Full Circle Management (Denise Nordstrom & Susan Hoover) won't do the job they are paid for, I say fire them.

CCHOA Board members,

The Judge ruled that the CCHOA could hold the election about 6 weeks ago. When will the election be held? Why has a date not been set?

The Bylaws committee submitted their work to you months ago. You set up the Bylaws committee. When will the residents of Circle C be able to see and vote on all the hard work our fellow residents (including Two resident lawyers) invested into this important task?

I've asked to be included in the directory of services before the last update. Why haven't I been included?

CCHOA MEMBERS are suckers

If you go to the web page posted below, you read the following from a UT WEB PAGE.

''We are proud to announce that additional pool space is available at Circle C.?  ? The availability of an additional training facility at Circle C will provide for a more competitive program as well as offer greater flexibility for our members.''

Are we, the CCHOA MEMBERS suckers? We give a sweat heart deal that trickles down to UT swimmers?

Swim Program is BIG $

The swim program is big $. Did you see the fees UT gets from the swimmers? It's (web address) in the last post.

Each swimmer pays UT up to $150.00 per month to swim in the pool that we give away.
