Dear Mr. Niemeyer,

In the above news article you said that you had checked the homeowners association?’s books and found them in good order. Could you indicate which books you had looked at? Please be specific and point out exactly which books, documents, pages, items, paragraphs that you referred to in supporting your above statement?

Also, in the above news article you said that all the chat room talk of corruption was baseless and irresponsible. So far I have made nine investigative reports after inspecting and analyzing the financial documents of the last four years (1999-2002). I have posted all these reports on both the Web sites of http://www.circlec.cc and http://www.BeatGreedyBoard.com. Could you point out exactly which following items, if not all, were baseless and irresponsible?

1)A Donated Swimming Pool
2)Bradley's Utility Bills
3)Ken Rigsbee's Breakfast
4)Office Equipment Lease
5)Circle C Cafe & Catering
6)Bradley - Smartest Landlord
7)Property Taxes of 5919 La Crosse Ave.
8)Whose Property Taxes Are These?
9)Questionable Bookkeeping Fees

Puppet or Dummy or Both?

Mr. Niemeyer,

Before I thought your muscles are stronger than your brain cells; now I doubt whether you even have any brain cell.

How could you be so irresponsible by saying all those things to the reporter without any back up and proof?

Which one of the following are you?

(1) Puppet of the Board - you are willingly and knowingly letting the Board to use you to misinform all Circle C homeowners.

(2) the biggest dummy in Circle C
