According to Circle C CDC?’s Web site, every home builder contracts to donate $1,000 to the Circle C Child Development Center escrow fund upon the closing of a new home. The goal of these donations is to provide a mechanism for funding the facility, thus enabling the majority of tuition to directly fund the operations and programmatic aspects of the Center. In other words, ?“OUR DONATION FUND?” was used solely for building the facility of the Circle C Child Development Center.


Now let us do some math:

According to the Circle C Homeowners Association, Board of Directors, Report to the Members in February 2001, there were 2,315 homes in Circle C Ranch Subdivision.


2,315 homes X $1,000 = $2,315,000

Real Estate Market Value of the facility including the land in the Year of 2003 was $1,150,000

$2,315,000 - $1,150,000 = $1,165,000

So, where was the balance of $1,165,000?

I am still waiting for the Directors of the Board of Circle C Child Development Center to let me audit its books and tax returns. Up to today, I have not heard from Gary Bradley and Kerri Baker.
