Denise Nordstrom Contract
I got the management contract faxed to me earlier today. It's between Denise Nordstrom & the CCHOA.
It looks like Full Circle Management was disbanded after the heat of Susan Hoover having her fingers in just about everything in the CCHOA. This is one less contract she's involved with (as far as we know).
The management contract for Denise began on January 1, 2004. It is a one year contract. It's signed by her former employer Bartlett. She makes $49,000.00 per year for limited services, (and keeping the info center opened with part time hours) then $35.00 an hour over and above what is listed in the contract.
It says, Denise shall have the right to terminate contract with 60 day notice. It also says, The HOA has 60 days, but if CCHOA breaches the agreement CCHOA shall pay Denise a $12,000.00 severance.
The HOA is sure generous with our money.
