The cost of management services

I suggest the new Board to interview at least two to three association management companies to decide which one to use. These management companies would provide all the services we need except the decision making which should be made by the Board itself.

For the outside contracts, such as landscaping, the association management company would handle all the bidding process and then let the Board to decide which landscaping company it would hire.

The association management companies charge fees based on the number of the homeowners in the association. More homeowners the association has, the unit price would be lower.

I was told that for a homeowners association as large as ours, they can provide an on site staff at our request.
