I want to point out one item on our Homeowner Assessment Notice.

CCHOA used to state that the fee was based on the Travis County Appraisal District?’s ASSESSED VALUE of your home.............. even though the Association used the MARKET VALUE to do the calculation.

After I pointed out the deception, the Association changed the ASSESSED VALUE to the MARKET VALUE.

If you still have your old billings, please examine them. The change was made since February 1, 2003.
