If you have reviewed my six Wrongdoing Reports, you probably would agree with me that we, Circle C homeowners, have a very strong case.
Circle C Subdivision is a community located in South Austin (Travis County). It has about 3,500 homes and is still growing.
I discovered the Association?’s financial scandal a couple of years ago and I have dug out a tremendous amount of hard evidence. Currently, this financial scandal is already under the investigation of Travis County District Attorney?’s office, specifically the White Collar Crime Unit. This matter is also actively being investigated at the Internal Revenue Service at the Memphis Service Center.
I am now seeking an experienced lawyer or lawyers to process this class action lawsuit.
1. You must have a good track record. If you are going to partner with another lawyer, one of you must have a good track record and the one who has the good track record shall be the lead attorney.
2. You must be an experienced litigator because I want to have a jury trial.
3. I expect you to process all the items that I had mentioned in these six Wrongdoing Reports. Unless you can convince me which item is not feasible or impossible to process, I expect you to process all of them as a package.
4. You must be very aggressive. I want you to help us sue for every dime that we deserve.
5. If this case eventually settles out of the court, I expect part of the settlement to come out from the pockets of Steve Bartlett, Susan Hoover and Terri Giles.
