Gary Bradley no longer has legal control over any of the real estate. It is now property of the bankruptcy estate. Anyone who acquires any property from Bradley without Bankruptcy Court approval will have to answer to the Court. In some circumstances, additional sanctions can be imposed.

I believe Gary Bradley is going to be generous to us and will donate land to the Association for playscapes, community center, hiking trails, sports courts, small parks, etc.
