I just received an email (found below) from our Circle C Info Center. The message was for foreign exchange students who want to swim on Bradley's Swim Team and need housing. As well as the Swim Team's need for office space (since Susan Hoover kicked them out of the Child Development Center - that was the office for some time).
Has our Email communication system turned into a free classified ad for Bradley's Swim Team?
The question is: If Bradley's (for profit) Swim Team can use the email system that we the homeowners pay for, why can't residents send out important messages as well?
Or, If Bradley's (for profit) business can use it to send out messages, then why can't any residents for profit business use it?
Or should the email system be used for official Circle C HOA business only?

(THE EMAIL IN QUESTION) Circle C Swimming has two requests for housing assistance and a need for immediate office space. Please review and let us know if you can help!
First, we have been contacted by the Polish Swimming Federation. They have a young woman who would like to come to Austin to train with Circle C Swimming. The young girl is 16 years old, speaks English fluently, and is an excellent swimmer. Her family is willing to pay $500 per month for room and board in addition to her swimming fees.
We have also been contacted by a young man from Mexico who would like to come to Circle C Swimming to train for the next year. He was here for a weekend in June and everyone liked him. He was polite, respectful, fluent in English, and fun to have around. The family will pay for room and board in addition to the swimming fees.
If you are interested in having a foreign exchange student this would be a perfect opportunity to house a hardworking student.
The Team is also in immediate need for office space. We have been asked to vacate our office space in the Child Development Center to make way for additional teachers. If you have any ideas or know of any space that might be available, including, vacant homes or a home without residents for several months, etc. please let us know as soon as possible.
Thank you!
