However, your refusal to pay your dues eliminates the need to correspond with you. Ms. Sun, you are a dues deadbeat.

I feel sorry for you that as a Chairman you were being poorly and inaccurately informed.

I stopped paying my Association dues only since last August for the Second Assessment of 2003, not three years ago. My last Association dues payment was made on 3/1/2003, Check #1994, in the amount of $167.22. I decided not to pay any Association dues until the Association fulfils its obligation ?– to install sprinkler system and ground cover on the common area at Edwardson Cove.

What a great election we had last night! Mr. Fennessy, would you please show the door to both Mr. Bartlett and Mr. Abrams?
