Shouldn't the residents be the only ones able to be board members?

Shouldn't O'Reilly have answered some basic questions about his land deal with Stratus? In the December 1st newsletter he said he gave discloser of it. But here it is the end of January, about 2 months after that newsletter came out, and there is no discloser in any minutes available, call the info center and ask for yourself. I did.

Why are they using your money to lie to you in your newsletter? Why do they always have excuses for everything?

Why don't they want anyone else running this HOA?
