Interest rates are still great. Refinance, even if you have only had your loan for 18 months !

Most lenders have a simple, fast option to refinance without all the paper work and time. If you haven't checked out your options, I recommend that you contact your current lender and ask.

When rates were the lowest, I could not get anyone to return my calls or emails. But, now that they are starting to creep up again, suddenly, they are interested again. Still, I managed to refinance at less than half of the rate I was paying and the payback will be less than 2 years.

I didn't have to fill out another loan application form, produce pay check stubs, or go through a messy credit check. My loan company has make plenty of money on the interest I paid them already and they treated me like a prefered customers - which I should be.
