Jeff also told me that he will vote
his proxies for me for the position of director in the election.

that proxy is now a vote for me. I'm pretty happy about that!

Jeff Niemeyer is a class act, and I sincerely hope that he runs for the board in the next election.
I would be proud to serve with him on the new board.
