To an official complaint.
*****************************************

First: Complaint and response from Info Center.

Second: Response from Board.

Note: Not only did the Board not take any action for inappropriate behaviors displayed by a current Board member, the Board also failed to apologize to the CCHOA for tolerating this inappropriate behavior. I believe ALL Board members (all three of them) should resign their current positions, as they are incapable of adequately performing their duties to the benefit of the CCHOA.

Subject: Complaint regarding Rigsbee

To the Board of CCHOA:

Please provide an official, written response to me within ten days of this e-mail, official complaint and request to the Board.

1. Why is Rigsbee still on the Board as a member?
2. Was he reprimanded for his recent outbursts on the CC Neighbors website?
3. Was he reprimanded for his continued inappropriate behaviors for the past year?
4. What will the Board do regarding Rigsbee's written outburst of inappropriate behavior as an official of the CCHOA, in his response to Lisa, this past week on the CC Neighbors website?

As a current CCHOA member, I am presenting this official complaint, again, that Rigsbee's behavior be addressed and that he be officially removed from the Board of CCHOA, effective immediately.

Also, I request an official, written apology to all CCHOA members for his inexecuable behaviors.

Further, the CCHOA Board, remaining members, should also provide an official, written apology to all CCHOA members for tolerating Rigsbee's inappropriate behavior and their substantial delay in adequately addressing his behaviors.

These actions should take place immediately, and I request a written response to me within ten days of this e-mail on your actions and outcome. Any further delay in addressing these actions by the Board exhibit the current Board's inappropriate attention to significant issues of the CCHOA.

Sincerely,

Pam Voss
Current CCHOA Member

Dear Ms. Voss,

Thank you for your letter to the board dated February 21, 2004. While we appreciate your concerns, the board does not intend to either reprimand or officially remove Ken Rigsbee from the board of directors.

Thank you,

As spineless as Annonemus

And equally furtive. What manner of diffidence keeps the individual members of the Board from signing their names to such a letter? Are we to believe that even Quentin Fennessy has joined in the decision to take no action? That Jim ''Oh-Really?'' would not vote to reprimand his long time friend comes as no more of a surprise than the news that ''Rigs-It'' decided that he did not need to censure himself. But Quentin? Didn't he run for director on an ethics pledge? Wouldn't it be unethical to be complicit in such statements by failing to denounce them? What kind of example does this set?
