All members were to receive the Ballot & Proxy, for the upcoming election, today via the US mail. March 9, 2004 was the final legal date to receive the HOA package about the upcoming meeting.

Myself and at one other person that I know of have not receive it. I have not heard of anyone who has received it yet.

A BOD told me that he thought the CCHOA Ballots & Proxies were mailed out last weekend.

I have an email from Denise stating they were mailed out Monday (see below). It's Thursday, and myself and 4 out of 4 others have yet to receive this package.

Where are the CCHOA Ballots & Proxies?

When were they REALLY sent out?

How many days does it take for a package to go from Austin to Austin? Answer: 1 day, 2 days max.
