I just read the email thread on this message and am shocked.
Have we gotten to the point where neighbors are accusing each other of such CRIMES as sex offenders?? This is absolutely defamatory.
My God, people, is there anything that is worth that much as to debase ourselves to stoop this low? I don't care whose ''side'' one might be on the apparently never-ending battle within Circle C, do we have to start slandering each other?
Lighten up people. You know, regardless what happens in our little neighborhood, the world will still turn. Chill.

I own a home here in Circle C. Jim does not.

I'm financially invested in this neighborhood and in this HOA. Jim is not.

Jim lives with his mom, who owns a home here in Circle C. I moved out of my mom's house about 20 years ago. Those are the facts.

You can notch up the reaction to putting private personal information on this website. It is greater than ''not cool''. It is a Class B misdemeanor. I'll be glad to show it to you in the Texas Penal Code.

Boy - that thread had to be the biggest load of crap I've ever read!

Let's get this straight - SEX CRIMES ALLEGATIONS ARE NOTHING TO JOKE ABOUT!! A neighbor down the street last year had to post on this very site - asking us not to be afraid of him - because his address was listed on the offender web site - but the offender was the PREVIOUS owner's son!!! Tossing around the term - even as some type of sensational statement - is just vial and disgusting.

Sal, I implore you to remove this thread. The guy had his say and got everyone upset. He's had his free speech moment...This type of thread just makes people sick.
