I believe that you are not the architect of the Association's financial scandal. However, since you are the Treasurer, you have the ultimate responsibility in handling the Association's finances in a responsible manner. When you go along with the schemes, you are just as guilty as the mastermind.

So, Mr. Rigsbee, please do yourself a big favor - STEP DOWN. Why would
you want to subject yourself to a humiliating defeat in our next election?

Ken Rigsbee has not been nominated as a director for the next election. The deadline to be nominated has passed. Unless he runs as a write-in candidate, Ken Rigsbee will no longer be a board member at the end of this month.
