According to CCHOA's Management Structure, the Association has no overall management company for services provided to the Circle C Ranch community. All services are contract services. The CCHOA has no employees with the exception of the swim center manager and lifeguards.

The lifeguards' payroll was not handled by our high-priced Bookkeeper, Terri Giles; it was handled by the Alien, Inc. - Gary Bradley's company.


Mr. Rigsbee:

Could you please explain to all of us why the lifeguards' payroll was not handled by our high-priced bookkeeper, but by Alien, Inc. which cost us an extra 10% of expenses - so called ?“Administrative Fee?”?
