CCHOA Director Candidate Forum

The forum is a CCHOA sponsored 2.5 hour dedicated event for all nominated BOD candidates for the 5 director positions. There are currently 11 candidates running! Come meet and visit with your neighbors that want to represent you.

Go to the forum with your issue, walk out with knowledge of who you want to vote for. EXAMPLE: Circle C has 3,000 homes with well over a thousand children. After 16 years of CCHOA existence, we have zero (0) pocket parks. If you want pocket parks, Go to the candidate forum this Thursday and tell the candidates you expect pocket parks to be a priority for the CCHOA.

Come meet the 11 candidates who are now running for one of the 5 new positions on our board of directors.

Bring your questions and decide for yourself, because this is the single most imporant event to bring change to CCHOA !!

Next week, you will get your Proxies and Ballots in the mail. You can put some faces to the names of your neighbors, who are volunteering their time and talent, to lead our HOA into the future.

We are not a sleepy, family oriented, bed-room community, living alone in the Texas plains any longer. We have commercial growth exploding around us this year - Big Boxes trying to setup discount warehouses on every corner, fast food giants fighting to bring junk food to your family, new roads opening up, and all kinds of HOA stuff we need to get cleaned up.

We are getting ready to build a bigger, better, more inclusive HOA with EVERYTHING on the web site, open records, no secret meeting, and we need MORE of you members to come in a do your share to keep our HOA programs running. Right now, there are fewer than 40 people who are active in the HOA everyweek - we need 150 people and we need a larger board and staff to manage all those expanded needs.


Start by coming to this forum tonight. You don't have to stay for the whole thing, but at least show some support for these brave new directors!
