At our last meeting Jim O'Reilly responded to my question about our audited financial report with the statement that it had ''just been received'' and would be sent out ''soon.'' I, for one, would very much have liked to have had it before the meeting and wonder why it was not available as it was supposed to be.

That financial statement has been promised to all of us for many months and we still do not have it. At the very least it should have been available at the meeting so that we did not have to spend any more money sending it out. What is the reason for the delay this time, I wonder?
