Good News

A few days ago, I posted a message ''?•?•?•?•Offensive Board Behavior?•?•?• '' on this site, and asked you to email the board and demand that Quentin Fennessy receive full voting status.

My post stated that Rigsbee and O'Reilly let Quentin watch nominations committee, but decided that he would have no voting authority. The latest newsletter stated that he is a ''nonvoting member'' of the committee. Jim O'Reilly, Toni Guckert and Allen Young are on the committee and Toni and Allen would have had more authority than Quentin Fennessy, and he was elected as a Director.

I've just learned that Quentin Fennessy has been given full voting rights on the Nominations Committee. Toni Guckert did something impressive and gave her voting rights to Quentin Fennesy. That was the right thing to do. Thank Toni when you see her!

I would like to believe your emails made the difference.

The right thing to do....

is never easy. But doesn't that mean Quentin is still in the minority?

I hope the committee will come to its senses and act wisely when in the nominations process. I know a host of candidates are out there, expressing the desire to run, and it would be a shame to see them kept off the ballot for ridiculous reasons....

Let's make Circle C Kid Friendly

In 16 years, we've grown to over 3,000 homes.

But, we have had 0 pocket parks built. We have had 0 playscapes erected for kids.

We MUST do better than this in the next year. We need the next pool to include a community center and playscape for kids to hang out.

The new Board of Directors needs to make good on the ten years of promises and excuses the old BOD has made.

Promised 5 Years ago...

The playscape in my section of CC was promised 5 years ago. There is still no playscape, with many, many children less than 15 living in this section.

Empty promises by the CCHOA. Board: When will they be installed?

Couldn't the Board have u
sed some of the almost $100,000 they wasted in inappropriately managing the lawsuit for playscapes for the CCHOA?

Let's see - $100,000 divided by X equals how many playscapes?

Eliminate future mismanagement by the Board - Ask O'Reilly and Rigsbee to resign their positions.

Vote for your children and neighborhood.

Vote for candidates who want to do something to make improvements in CCHOA, rather than empty promises that last forever...
