Re: Common Area at Edwardson Cove

Dear Mr. O?’Reilly,

I am willing to forgive you and not to sue you if you are willing to do the following:

(1) To offer me an apology
(2) To offer me an explanation (see below)
(3) To install grass or groundcover or flowers with sprinkler system on the common area at Edwardson Cove within 10 days from the date of this e-mail/letter

Mr. O?’Reilly, I want you to explain why are you being so cruel to me by letting me live under a large dead tree with falling debris for two long years? Do you still remember in 1996 I brought the debris including a large chunk of broken branch to the Circle C Information Center and handed it over to your employee, Dave Strawn? If I file lawsuit against you, I would request the court to subpoena Mr. Strawn as a witness.

Mr. O?’Reilly, I want you to explain why did you intentionally neglect this piece of land? To my knowledge, this piece of land was originally constructed as a Gary Bradley?’s front yard extension; however, when this piece of land was put in the middle of the cul-de-sac and in front of five other houses, it automatically became a piece of common area and therefore it deserves to be treated like all the other common areas, no better no worse.

Mr. O?’Reilly, you have the power to avoid being sued and I am looking forward to see your action. If I don?’t hear from you ten days from the date of this e-mail/letter, I will file lawsuit against you.

Sincerely,

Lisa L Sun

Mr. O'Reilly is the only board member out of seven that has not signed the
Code of Ethics. Why hasn't he signed it?

My answer to your question is Mr. O?’Reilly is probably not an ethical person and obviously he has no desire to become one. How any ethical person could befriend with Gary Bradley for so long? The only way one can fit in a group is to become part of it. Has Mr. O?’Reilly?’s Mommy ever taught him how to choose friends?!
