ASK STRATUS


Why don't we ask Stratus Properties if they are willing to explain Jimmy O's deal with them on the land. I have! It's NOT my place to post the answer & I personally don't find it that important at this point nor do I have any evidence that what was told to me is actually truthful but if Jim O won't answer it, go to the other party.

I think it's time to move on past this issue about his land as I heard that he is NOT going to run.

Let's all collectively pray this weekend that he just goes away!

Nobody is their right mind would continue to deal with all this negative energy toward them unless they aren?’t in their right mind. Kinda like Martha Stewart, is the risk worth the reward?

On the North side of Slaughter there is a new retention pond with wall that has been installed. Just east of it, there is a group of trees with a lot of standing water. Who built this pond and will they be fixing or redesigning this pond to address the problem?

The improvements to this area have not been accepted by the CCHOA at this time. The contractor has been notified of the standing water and will be addressing it by installing a drain or regrading/rebuilding the entrance driveway to the pond as soon as possible.
