Dear New Circle C Board.......

Posted in: Circle C
Congratulations to the new board for stepping up to the plate, running, and winning. I hope you all follow through on the specific issues you campaigned on.
PLEASE do something about **our** pool **before** the summer comes and we have to go yet another year without the residents getting premium time and use of our(??) pool. You don't need more surveys or meetings from the residents. Look at last year's survey about pool usage. See what the residents had to say about the swim team. Recall what the residents were telling you when you campaigned. Implement those results. And PLEASE get rid of those damn ugly poles at the pool now. (Talk about affecting our property value.)
Also, please review the contracts for all association services and put them all out for bid ASAP. I don't care if residents get the contracts and in fact I'm all for residents getting them as long as we have a fair and open bidding process for them all. Many of the present services are simply an automatic carryover of the folks Bradley hired years ago, and he wasn't concerned with money. But now it's our money and we should be concerned that we're getting the best bang for the buck.
Boardmembers, you represent all of us and not the few or the special interests. Be independent. Don't drop the issues you ran on. Hit the ground running and turn 2004 into a banner year for our community!
Mr. O'Reilly was probably correct in that you all don't know what you're asking for, but with seven of you now you've got more folks to share the work. Good luck to you all.
Just do it. ☺

Homeowner Association Management

Yesterday I called several homeowner association & property management companies. They are going to e-mail me a list of the services they provide with references. I will post those e-mails here as soon as I receive them.
