I have just received this frightening e-mail from Mr. Schaffrath. It sounds like that I was trying to gain contact with him and his family. I don?’t know Mr. Schaffrath; I have never met him and have no desire to do so. What is he talking about?

my motivation in ever posting on this site is out of frustration, and trying to present at least a minimal opposing viewpoint. i know you will never be convinved of this, but the huge majority of people in this community, either dont care about your diatribes, or they support the efforts of the Board over many years. sorry, thats just the case. this message board will never prove that, as most people who have visited it in the past have sworn it off, and now consider it mainly a joke. i know at least a dozen in that catagory. over the course of the last few months, this site seems to have digressed to nothing more than you and Sal, and one or two others venting with never ending rants. look at the percentage of posts by two or three people! just do the math. three people represent 50+%. thats a community forum? Hardly! i know you cannot be convinvced of anyone having motives based on anything but greed and under handed motives.
Regarless heres the point. try and come up for air, and start a constructive dialog.

Okay, let's ignore Lisa's ad hominem attack there, and have a dialog. Have you read the ''IS OUR EMAIL FOR US OR BRADLEY'' thread (sorry about the caps)? I think it raises a very valid point about abuse of the CCHOA email list. Should the list be used to help Bradley's business like that?

Also, Lisa's ''How Alien profited off YOU & ME!'' is thought provoking. If Lisa's facts are correct, then it raises what I think are valid questions about conflict of interest. What do you think?

I agree that some of the posts here could be considered rants, but I have come to believe that it is mostly out of frustration. I cut them some slack, but will grant you that it may turn some readers off.

I have lived here a long time (14 yrs) and have enjoyed living here and seen my property value increase, and maybe I owe some of that to the BOD; for that I am grateful. But it is also conceivable to me that some of the BOD actions have been questionable, e.g. the whole bidding process for many services, and the agreement with CC Swim Team.
