Is it fair that all the common areas in Circle C have either ground covers, lawn or flowers? But I am being stuck with a piece of common area, right in front of my house, full of weeds for all these years?

Is it fair that the association fees should suppose to be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting the comfort, health, safety and welfare of the homeowners, but the old BOD funneled the money out of the association account to benefit themselves and the Developer?
I am not so sure whether I can win the cases or not even I have good evidence. In this country, you can get away with murder if you can afford to hire a dream legal team. But, there is one thing for certain ?– they have to spend their own money to defend themselves which surely would cause a little pain to them.
