I want to inform all of you that the weeds at the common area of Edwardson Cove are as long as 23 inches, 17 inches longer than the Circle C Deed Restrictions are allowed.

If the Association fails to clean up the weeds, I will stop paying association fee and I will also take legal action against ALL of you soon. This is not a threat; it is a promise!

Edwardson Cove


The common area at Edwardson Cove belongs to the City of Austin since the annexation. In May of 2002, I complained to the City and later I was told that the taxpayers would pay the Association to take care of this piece of land. However, the maintenance has only lasted couple months, and now it is back to the old days. I believe the Board is now ?“punishing?” me for investigating the corruption at the Association.

If the Board does not fulfill its duty and responsibility, I will have no choice but to see all of the directors in the courtroom.

You have gone over the line with this post. Name calling and cussing on a community forum is unacceptable. No one cares about your empty threats. If you have any legitimate beefs, then state them with civility. There are children who read this bulletin board and they don't need to read your rude rantings and ravings. Relax Mark, you must be new to this discussion board...SOB stands for Squatters of the Board, we've been talking about the Squatters of the Board/SOB for some time now. Even you with your Mormon principles have to agree that's not cussing.

The 2 of 3 BOD/SOB of ours were never voted in as per our governing documents. You should take some time to read them yourself, I know the BOD/SOB sure haven't. The other 1 of 3 BOD/SOB is not even a resident here.

I'm with you though about the kids in the neighborhood.

They are bored out of their skulls. Too bad the BOD (err...I mean SOB), have increased our dues almost every year and have failed to provide the kids in this neighborhood with a place of their own. They've been too concerned with giving (without a sealed bid process) Bradley's people all the contracts. And making sure Bartletts/Bradleys land south of Hwy 45 increases in value (by tens of millions of dollars at the expense of the safety of this neighborhood).

But, I don't think the kids are so bored that they would find themselves on this humdrum Circle C political discussion board.
