  • Respect-O-Meter: Valued Neighbor
Our child has been a student at the CDC since she was 7 months old. The quality of care she has received from infancy has been remarkable. She will start kindergarten in the fall, and by standards set by AISD for what they would like an incoming kindergartener to know, she was ready to start a year ago. The curriculum at the CDC is excellent, and we have had nothing but excellent teachers.
And as far as price, there are several day care centers in this area that have higher tuition than the CDC does. Of course any parent would like to pay as resonable a tuition as possible, but are experience has been that you get what you pay for.
I am completly for stopping any managerial mishandlings that are going on at the CDC. But at this point I am wondering a few things about the posts that Ms Sun has placed regarding the CDC:
1. Ms Sun, have you ever had any of your own children enrolled at the CDC?
2. Ms Sun, how is it that these disgruntled employees have chosen you as their sounding board?
3. Ms Sun, it doesn't lend credence to your posts that the people that you have spoken with are not willing to list there names, and it is very coincidental that they seem to share your writing style to the T.

Again, I would like to see any managerial discrepencies cleared, just as anyone. I just don't question the information put forward. Any parent or teacher that had the reservations as relayed in the posted letters would not have a child or a job there.
