Newmark Homes was being told by Steve Bartlett that the COST of building CDC was $1.7 million dollars.

The discrepancy was $876,803. ($1,700,000 - $823,197)

Circle C Homeowners had contributed approximately $2.3 million dollars into the CDC Endowment Fund.

Where is the rest of the money of $1,476,803 ($2,300,000 - $823,197)?

I am not only planning to report the above matter to the District Attorney?’s Office, I am also planning to report it to the Travis County Appraisal District. I wanted to request the Travis County Appraisal District Office to open an investigation to find out the exact cost of this facility.

If this facility really cost $1.7 million dollars as Steve Bartlett claimed, CDC will have to make up A LOT OF BACK TAXES + cheating penalty.

If the cost of building the CDC facility was really 1.7 million dollars as Steve Bartlett claimed, CDC will have to pay a tremendous amount of back taxes plus interest and penalty.

If the cost of building the CDC facility was only $823,197 (First year?’s (1994) Total Market Value of the property + FFE* + Architectural Design), Gary Bradley and Steve Bartlett will have to explain to Ronnie Earle and to the Circle C homeowners about the discrepancy.
