Let me clarify a few things for you Mike.

This information was sent to a handful of residents. They were told to not share it with other residents, that it was confidential. Why is that?

Our governing documents give all residents the right to all documents of our HOA business. It's that simple. Our governing documents don't say that the BOD can give out only the information they like, or what ever suits their fancy, that day. All means all.

Secrets don't make good HOA policy. Many people believe there's way to many secrets with our developer friendly BOD. Want proof that they are developer friendly? Keep reading, I'll get there.

By the way, the folks that usually don't like my posts are usually for the Swim Team in a strong way, and half the time those folks don't even feel comfortable posting with their full name Mike.

This BOD ''confidential'' information proves that the neighborhood simply does not want the Swim Team using our pool.

They take up 80% of the pool, but only paid less than 5% of the residents costs in 2002. The majority of the Circle C Swim Team does not even live here. Residents paid over $220,000.00 in 2002 while the private company only paid us $10,000.00. That's a sweet deal for the owners of the Swim Team, thanks to our BOD.

Did I mention that the Bradley trust owns 1/2 the Swim Team? Sounds like the BOD is really friendly with the developer, with our money.

Sal: go boy! Keep informing us residents about the good 'old boys keeping these secrets. It makes me sick to think that I live here so powerless to this fraud. Maybe in the long run the karma will catch up with them like it did Dan Morales!

Pool remodeling ?

I'm anxious to see the pool data summarized, but it's no secret that it's not serving the community needs.

I has some nice features, but the pool(s) aren't designed for fun - just swimming. Awnings and more decks won't help. Not even a tent over the baby pool. The parking lot is too small, too.

I think we need some make over options to chose from and I'm more interested in building two more pools somewhere else entirely.

We have nothing in North or East CCR and plenty of empty lots where a new pool could go. They don't have to be huge at all. In fact, it would be nice if each pool had unique features - like a decent slide, a diving board, a DEEP end suitable for teach SCUBA lessons, water falls, water fountains, sprayer. And no more cement edges on the kids pool - it's amazing no one has gotten hurt around that pool.

Turn the lap pool into a private club and lets start getting the revenue that's appropriate for a pool we don't want and can't use.

Who's paying for it? NOT ME

Russ it's a great idea but I am not willing to pay for another pool especially 2! I think the folks that want it should pay for it. And they can have private access to it. Like a private upscale health spa. I have a full gym in my home so that is not interesting to me either.

I want to use the pool sometimes that I have been paying for for 3.5 years without a bunch of screaming kids and swim teams. Maybe this is why 3 of neighboors have built their own pools! I know they enjoy the quiet, relaxing time. Also, it would be nice to do exercise (laps) ( hard to do in a backyard pool) since I am not interested in burning my skin laying in the sun
