No response to date?!

Surely if the land and money changed hands, the details are at the county records office. Stratus would also have to disclose purchases in quarterly reports to stockholders; start with that number and assume it all went to O'Reilly.

Have you checked the deed records?

Amy,

Amy,

Still no response from O'Reilly. And the money Stratus paid O'Reilly for the land on Mopac is not public record. I checked.

Amy, you asked in another post of yours about the newsletter, and the unprofessional nature of attacking Mr. Gammon. The CCHOA never did tell residents what Gammons lawsuit was really about. They never told neighbors it was about Gammon trying to stop the BOD from reducing votes of residents so builder votes count more. The Judge agreed with Gammon.

Denise Nordstom, ex employee of Bartlett writes the newsletter. Her and Susan Hoover manage Full Circle Management...our so called ''Management Company''.

Denise is the same rude person who gives an attitude to our physically challenged neighbors, when they ask for handicap parking. A class act for sure. We need a professional Management Company that has experience, and provides a sealed bid.

Response update

It's been almost 2 weeks, and still, Jim O'Reilly has yet to respond.

Our Governing documents state, that our BOD are not to financially benefit from their positions.
