can we have an election

Why would the BOD call an election? Why would the BOD want to expedite their removal? Why would this private non-profit HOA want to do anything except what the special interest want? There are a lot of folks on this web site that want change and fairness. I want the removal of the current 3 board members. Who will start the paper work? Sal if you are researching private non-profit rules what does it say is procedure to remove BOD?
