But you didn't reply to the specifics of my previous post. Please comment on the SECRETS/FULL DISCLOSURE post I made.

The problem with 3 people running the show (only 2 of which live here) and them hiding information (we have the right to see) is a big one. Neighborhood our size have 9 board members. Only 3 people leaves a lot of room for self dealing. There are dozens of deals that have been made by the BOD that simply don't favor the CC resident. The BOD is supposed to look out for our interests, not themselves, Bartlett or Bradley.

Again please read my previous post and reply to it...begin a debate or if you agree, then express it. It just might be the be the first step for a change of tone on this discussion board.

Ultimately it looks like your looking for everyone to agree with you otherwise you call it a non-debate. Can you prove that the board members are guilty of everything you have accused them of? Isn't that the idea, innocent until proven guilty, that should proabably apply to hoa's as well. So my question to you is if someone does not share your point of view, can you accept that opinion without name calling and demanding an explanation?

Innocence

He says it is simple...he wants a debate. I have tried and tried, to no avail to get him to understand that the Summer Skimmers Swim Program is not a ''Bradley or BOD'' deal. He keeps insisting that it is. I have given him all the facts. He denies them. They are the truth. He can't take the truth.

He does a lot of name calling. Even breaking the Terms of Use and Privacy Rights of this web site just because some do not have the same opinion as he does.

He will never take someone elses opinion or truth because he continues to demand proof. I would not post something untruthful. We give the facts and he wants more proof. Always trying to ''rock the boat''.

It is really a shame.
