CCHOA,

I noticed 2 billboard signs at Beckett and Slaughter in the last few months. I looked over the latest ''CCHOA Signage Policy'' on CircleCRanch.com, and it looks like these signs are not allowed.

Jimmy Evans, working with the Bartlett Group and Capital Pacific Homes have the 2 signs up at this intersection. I've heard that Gary Bradley is part owner of Capital Pacific Homes. Is this more proof that the board of Directors give special treatment to Gary Bradley & Steve Bartlett? Are they above the rules the rest of Circle C must follow?

Deviated from CCHOA Standards

I drove through the Beckett/Slaughter area last week.

This new Circle C development has also deviated from the Circle C lighting standards and black fire hydrants.
