City of Ft. Collins Water Dept. has selected the Lake Sherwood stormwater project over the New Mercer stormwater project within the Avery Park Neighborhood.
Design has started for the Lake Sherwood project and construction will begin in the Fall of '02.
NO declaration has been provided as to WHEN or what priority the New Mercer Project currently has with the City. The New Mercer was declared as "inadequate" back in July of 1980 !
