I think it is a great idea to advertise and network on this site. Most of us are new to the area and appreciate the fact that people in the neighborhood might have services we can utilize without hitting the yellow pages. Plus build friendships. I aplaud the people who are willing to post things that can help themselves and help others in the community. Networking is a great thing.

There is always someone who takes jabs at people, but doesn't have the courage to put their name down. I think Anne did a great thing here. If she can advertise her business and build friendships, then good for her. I hope everyone that has their own business, or sevice, to offer posts it on the site. Helps me, and others, for future use.

I am also a Realtor and I wish I had seen this before Anne. She is paying for the advertizing on this site, and I am glad she found it to give all the neighbors the opportunity to discuss whatever.

Great idea Anne. Just FYI, I was at one time, in my younger years, a self employed interior painter and wallpaper hanger.(Finishing Touch Paint and Wallpaper) I have no interest in doing the work anymore, but if anyone had a question I would be more than happy to ahelp.

I think its nice someone took the time to put this together, I'm like you Glen we are new to the development and to Delaware and I keep saying how nice everyone is down here but reading all these comments give me a different impression I don't want to get so I'll ignore them. Here is to all of us that want to enjoy this site and share with each other if we choose to. Make sure everyone goes to the meeting and its scheduled for Feb 28th not the 23rd and we will see what developments. Best wishes everyone
