Calling MS. Grden

Thanks.....but I think I will call Ms. Grden and see if she has any answers. Ms. Grden is the Community Manager I hope she knows something (would like she would). The way I see it...I'm also not paying the bill exspecially if they don't know whats going on. I also don't like that you can only mail the letter....why can't you drop it off if you wanted...etc. This is probably because they don't want to see you so they don't have to deal with anything. This company seems very unprofessional. They just want the money and don't want to get things done as most of those Companies do. If they are acting unprofession now who knows what we will get later. I feel bad for the home owners that will be paying the bill and not knowing for what.

Pam and her husband live here at orchard hill...her husband owns a property management company .she IS related somehow to someone at lacrosse according to laura peretiatko.
i smell a rat...i'm sure her husband will be getting the rights to do all the maintenance here...does everyone else see this as a conflict of interest or is it just me???

Its the Comunity Manager & her husband that live in the Hill, not the associate manager. (both of these contacts are on a letter that came with the bill) The community's manager her husband is the one that has the property management business. You are probably right that he will take over the maintance of the community, but don't assume this yet. You have the community manager and a associate manger confused. Everyone is getting things confused. I do belive this is a bet of a conflict. I think this all should be discussed at the meeting in the correct manner. Calling people a ''rat'' is not nice. I Don't think you should put yourself on a higher level(noone is perfect). Things will get work out at the meeting. Once again I know it's hard to stay positive but please everyone try, and be a t the meeting. Things will get worked out lets all just do it in the right way. We can start by getting facts straight.

How was this misconstrued?

Never have I indicated that Pam Lawson lived at Orchard Hill. Yes, I have spoken to a few that Erika Grden resides in Orchard Hill and if she is related in any shape or form to an employee of Lacrosse Homes, of that I am completely unaware. Please be sure that when posting something on the internet (where it never disappears) that you do have your facts straight.
